VELORA is an international online retail brand operated by CONG TY TNHH Dao Thong Phat, business registration number 2401063681, located in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this operator trading as VELORA. Our store uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform. Sales through our store are made with VELORA, not Shopify.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Service do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or any other non-waivable statutory rights.

5. Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time.

For a cancellation request, please contact VELORA at lienhe@verlora.io.vn with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Shipping, Delivery and Customs Charges

Our estimated order processing time is 1–3 business days. Estimated shipping time is 7–15 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Methods, fulfillment locations and timing may vary by product and destination. Products may be shipped directly to customers by third-party fulfillment partners.

Shipping availability is subject to product availability and destination restrictions. Shipping costs may vary by product, destination and available method; please review the shipping charge presented for your order before submitting it. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Customs duties, import taxes and related requirements may depend on your destination and order. The customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties and import taxes. Please consult your local customs authority for destination-specific requirements.

Contact VELORA about delayed, missing or damaged deliveries. Delivery estimates do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7. Returns, Refunds and Customer Rights

Customers may submit a return request within 14 days after receiving their order. Please contact lienhe@verlora.io.vn before returning any product. Each request is reviewed individually; submitting a request does not mean it is automatically approved. Do not send any item back until you have received return instructions from VELORA.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping where permitted by applicable law. For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, please contact VELORA with your order details, a description and relevant evidence where appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights, including those applicable in the customer’s country of purchase, remain unaffected.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio are owned by VELORA, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The purchase or delivery of any product does not grant or confer any intellectual property rights, including any patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, in or to the product, its design, software, or underlying technology. All such rights remain exclusively with VELORA or the original rights holder.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.

Shopify’s name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. Other third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

VELORA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with VELORA. Please contact VELORA for customer return and refund requests.
